Whilst unposted, this card is identical in presentation to a series of colour cards by WH Hooke in my collection that are dated between 1905-1912. The "Printed in Germany" line certainly makes this pre-1914. The rather dark reproduction in the shadows of this photograph makes it particularly difficult to identify shops that might help date the photo. Duplicate of 19060709-Townhall.
