Postcard: Town Hall, postcard by Valentines

At first glance this appears to be a duplicate of another card (and I've recorded it as such) but closer inspection reveals that it's produced from a subtly different photograph. The only difference being that the people have moved in the scene. This duplication of serial numbers illustrates some of the difficulties in collecting Valentines cards. Valentine's registers date the image to 1901. The card once belonged to well-known collector Bill Hopkins (d. 2013).
